A bit about me...
I graduated from high school in June 2006, and I started attending the University of South Alabama in August 2006. I have always wanted to be a teacher. I want to make a difference in the lives of children, and to enrich their lives with education. I made this blog to show some of the essential ideas and tools I have in regard to teaching. I hope that you recognize their importance, and maybe adopt a few as your own.

Respect for Others
I believe that respect for others means that you take into consideration the thoughts, beliefs, values, and feelings of others around you before you speak or act. It also means to respect the belongings of others as well. I will respect my students, and I, in turn, expect them to show respect for me as their teacher and for their classmates. I want them to learn to respect others early on in their lives. This means that I will not allow students to be picked on or bullied in my classroom. I will not allow laughter at anyone’s mistakes or inappropriate behaviors. I also will not tolerate the act of damaging or stealing others belongings in my classroom. When student's learning respect for others, it also enhances their interpersonal developement and enhances their friendships with their peers.
